Our Buying Process

Step 1: Register

By registering directly with us you will be given exclusive, first chance details of our new properties to ensure you are put in the best position to find your ideal home.

Step 2: Affordability

The most important question when looking to buy a property is, ‘how much can I afford?’ Our in house mortgage broker will be able to discuss your full borrowing potential with you. With access to the whole market you can be sure to find the best deal for you and get your mortgage in principle arranged to put you in an excellent buying position

Step 3: Find your property

Take the time to consider exactly what you want and need from a property and let us know. We will keep you informed of any properties that match your criteria before they get uploaded to Rightmove

Step 4: Viewings

Viewings will be arranged according to your preferences, we offer accompanied viewings at mutually agreeable times

Step 5: Offer time

Once you have fallen in love with a property you can make an offer. At this point you may be required to prove that you can proceed with the sale with evidence of a mortgage in principle and solicitor’s details

Step 6: Offer accepted

Once your offer has been accepted you will be notified in writing of the confirmation along with a Memorandum of Sale

Once you have instructed your solicitor the seller’s solicitor will send out a draft contract to yours and preliminary enquiries will be carried out. You will then be able to arrange dates for the survey on your property and proposed dates for exchange and completion

We will be by your side along the way to help the sale go as smoothly as possible

Step 7: Completion

Your solicitor will confirm the exchange and completion of sale and we will call you with the good news to celebrate, The property is now yours!
